The University of Virginia Foundation is inviting applications for a Real Estate Project Manager to perform project management services for a variety of intriguing and diversified planning and construction projects.

Qualified candidates need to possess an undergraduate degree in Design, Engineering, Architecture, project managements or related field. An advanced degree is desired. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, with a proven record of success in both innovative project planning and management of design and construction teams. High motivation, strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to think proactively and strategically, teamwork, and a high degree of professionalism are important characteristics for successful performance of this position.
