The Historic Renovation Corporation (HRC) provides a full range of property management services to fraternities at the University of Virginia.
In addition to typical property management issues, HRC assists the alumni ownership corporations and individual chapter officers and house managers in leasing, budget preparation, health and life safety issues and coordinates summer house rentals and house renovations.
