Master Plan

The Fontaine Research Park is a masterplanned, 54-acre research park with nearly 500,000 square feet of development. With the recent completion of the University's 85,000 square foot Snyder Translational Research Building, the Park is fully built-out under the current zoning.

Fontaine Research Park is located adjacent to the grounds of the University of Virginia, less than two miles from the central Charlottesville business district. The Park has direct access to U.S. Route 29, the major north-south artery through Charlottesville, and is less than a mile from Interstate 64.
