The University of Virginia Foundation (UVAF) seeks to engage a qualified Construction Manager At-Risk/General Contractor capable of performing pre-construction, and manager/general contractor services for Boar's Head Guest Room and Corridor Renovations project.

Based on your response to the RFQ for the subject project, you have been selected to receive this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Construction Manager/General Contractor Services for the proposed Boar's Head Guest Room and Corridor Renovations project (the Project), inclusive of Pre-Construction Services.

Included with this RFP are Construction Documents and Interior Design Information for two (2) Model Rooms and GMP Instructions to be used in preparation of your response. Pre-selected firms should download the RFP and supporting documents.

Responding firms should submit five (5) hard copies of your firm's proposal by 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 to Michael Stumbaugh, UVAF Real Estate Project Manager.
