LEED Projects
The Foundation's newest building at the University of Virginia Research Park, Town Center Three, has been designed to provide the highest quality indoor environment and lowest utility costs, while helping to preserve the environment for future generations.
The Foundation has obtained Gold level LEED Certification for Town Center Three by the US Green Building Council, a non-profit organization recognizing the highest levels of green building performance through its LEED® for Core and Shell rating system.
To further contribute to the building's environmental performance, tenants are encouraged to apply for their own LEED Certification for tenant improvements.
