Park Infrastructure

Currently, there are two entrances to the park. The main entrance is located on Charlottesville's major north-south artery, Route 29, and the back entrance leads directly to the airport. A mile-long four-lane public road with media makes up the initial road infrastructure. Additional public roads will be added in phases 2 and 3. A common area maintenance (CAM) charge is assessed to every tenant to provide funds to maintain the common area spaces and landscaping.
