Land Planning and Zoning work typically includes negotiating with local cities and counties, navigating the entitlement and procurement processes and eventually securing permits to complete site and building development.
The Architectural and Engineering phase primarily includes the design and cost estimating aspects of the development process. Pre-design through construction document work is directed, often with overlapping cost estimating services to ensure scope and budget are in harmony.
Finally, the construction process is managed from ground-breaking to substantial completion and punch-list efforts.
