Kenwood
The Foundation leases this 78.5-acre property to Monticello for the International Center for Jefferson Studies.
Worrell Estate
The Worrell Property sits on approximately 5 acres along Pantops Mountain, and is occupied by the Kluge-Ruhe Museum and the Thomas Jefferson Center for the Protection of Free Expression.
Morven Estate
In 2001, John W. Kluge gifted 7,379-acres to the University for educational & charitable purposes. Currently the Foundation retains 2,913-acres used for teaching, research and outreach programs.
Boar's Head Professional Center
The Boar's Head Professional Center consists of 64,195 square feet of office space in 11 buildings. The property is positioned between the Boar's Head Inn and Route 250.
Birdwood Golf Course
An 18-hole championship course owned by the Foundation on behalf of the University. It serves the community and supports the University’s growing golf program.
Boar's Head Sports Club
Completed in 2006, the expansion of the Sports Club accommodated the University’s need for tennis courts and facilities to support its top ranked tennis program.
