The Ivy Corridor is a significant entry point to the University of Virginia and a critical link between North Grounds, Arts Grounds, and Central Grounds.
The 14.5-acre parcel is home to the School of Data Science and Virginia Guesthouse. It will soon house the Karsh Institute of Democracy, a new performing arts center, and future academic and residential facilities.
