The Foundation's Asset Management Team oversees a broad range of real estate services for the benefit of the University of Virginia.
Services Provided
- Management of Morven, North Fork, and other commercial office buildings.
- Real property acquisitions, gifts, and disposition of real estate gifts.
- Direct management of fraternity and sorority houses through the Historic Renovation Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Foundation.
